El Faro de Valdeluz
A lighthouse, a missing keeper and a twenty-year-old secret on the coast of Galicia.
You arrive by night train after a letter from the old lighthouse keeper: «No fue un accidente.» He's vanished. To find out what really happened to your grandfather, you'll talk your way through the village bar, piece together clues and order a drink in Spanish. You'll also crack a code you only hear spoken aloud.

Questions
How much Spanish do I need?
Beginner mode is for learners who know basic words and the present tense (roughly A1–A2). Intermediate mode suits learners who are comfortable with past tenses (around B1). You can switch level at any time in the game's options.
Is it really all in Spanish? What if I get stuck?
Yes, and that's the point. When a word is new, tap it to get a picture and a simple definition in Spanish. When you don't know what to do next, the 💡 hint button gives clearer and clearer hints. Every line can be replayed and slowed down.
Which Spanish will I hear?
El Faro de Valdeluz is set in Galicia, Spain, and most dialogue follows Spain's Spanish (including vosotros). The characters have different accents from Spain and Latin America: Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and Chile.

Does it work on phones?
It's playable on a phone turned sideways, but the games are designed for a bigger screen. A computer or tablet is much more comfortable.
